Ajays Books & Bits Pty Limited

Andrew Heard and Anthony Phillips were appointed the Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators of the above company on 13 April 2010 pursuant to Section 436C of the Corporation Act 2001.

The business of the company was a book seller trading as a franchise member of the Angus & Robertson Group with stores located at Colonnades, Victor Harbor, Mt Barker, Murray Bridge, Burnside Village and Broken Hill.

The stores located at Victor Harbor, Mt Barker and Murray Bridge were sold; the other stores were either closed upon appointment or had closed prior to our appointment.
