Andrew Heard and Anthony Phillips were appointed the Joint and Several Receivers and Managers of the company on 13 August 2010 following the earlier appointment of Mr. Tony Matthews of Anthony Matthews & Associates as Voluntary Administrator.

The Receivers and Managers are controlling the daily trading of the hotel business and have engaged Mr. John Langford from NAI Brock Harcourt Commercial as sole selling agents.
