Andrew Heard and Anthony Phillips were appointed the Joint and Several Liquidators of the above company on 14 January 2011.

Our appointment follows the earlier appointment of Mark Hall and Tim Clifton of PPB Advisory as Receivers and Managers of the company's property on 27 August 2010.

The Receivers have been in control of the company's trading operations and assets since their appointment and we understand that certain assets of the Dalriada Group's business have now been sold.  

The appointment of Liquidators will have no impact on the Receivers' role. Our primary role as Liquidators is to investigate and report on the past trading of the company.
