Andrew Heard and Anthony Phillips were appointed the Joint and Several Voluntary Liquidators of the above association on 1 July 2011.

Since April 2005, the association has managed and operated the One & All under a charter party agreement with its owner, the Government of South Australia. The association had been in negotiations with the Department for Transport Energy & Infrastructure (DTEI) to agree on a revised charter party agreement without success.

Faced with some longer-term trade creditors and with no guaranteed income after 30 June 2011 without a charter party agreement, the association had no option but to cease trading and appoint liquidators.  

On 1 July 2011, DTEI assumed responsibility for the vessel, its associated assets, and the annual refit. The association's operations ceased immediately prior to our appointment and we will not be involved in any future trading of the business.
