Alberto has worked in the field of corporate restructuring and insolvency for over 10 years, with experience gained in Australia in specialist insolvency practices and a commercial background acquired in the logistics service industry.

Alberto has worked on all forms of insolvency administrations in the SME space, including Receiverships, Voluntary Administrations and Creditors Voluntary Liquidations and assisted directors with formal and informal financial advisory assignments for all the major banks.

Significant Assignments:

Alberto has had significant involvement in complex administrations and operational control of medium to large size engagements.  Alberto had responsibility for the following recent engagements:     

  • Lead manager of the administration and subsequent liquidation of a large transport company
  • Lead manager in the preparation of detailed investigative accountant's reviews in the aviation and manufacturing industries
  • Key staff member involved in the investigations of the affairs of a sizable mining and civil engineering administration
  • Key staff member on a number of trading voluntary administrations in the manufacturing and service industries which resulted in the sale of the businesses as a going concern
  • Experience in the controlled wind down of a large engineering business
  • Key staff member of trading receivership of a pub with lease hold sale
